In his latest post on Truth Social, Donald Trump has issued a strong warning to Iran, threatening to demolish all power plants and bridges in the country. The U.S. president accused Iran of breaching the ceasefire agreement following an incident where Iranian gun boats reportedly fired on tankers in the Strait of Hormuz. Iran had previously announced the closure of the key waterway as the U.S. maintained a blockade on Iranian ports.

Trump’s message to Iran emphasized the need for a deal during upcoming peace talks in Islamabad. He stated that if Iran does not comply, the U.S. will take drastic action by destroying all power plants and bridges in the country. The president’s post was emphatic in its delivery, with Trump declaring, “NO MORE MR. NICE GUY!” and asserting that the structures in Iran will be brought down swiftly if his conditions are not met.

This is not the first time Trump has made such threats against Iran. Prior to the ceasefire agreement, he had previously stated his intentions to target Iranian power plants and bridges in a strongly-worded post on Truth Social. Trump’s consistent stance on this issue has been evident in his repeated warnings to Iran regarding the consequences of failing to reach a deal.

The situation escalated further as Trump’s representatives prepared for negotiations in Islamabad following the recent hostilities in the Strait of Hormuz. The president reiterated the importance of Iran accepting the offered deal, highlighting the economic impacts of the closed waterway. Trump’s firm stance on the matter was clear as he emphasized his willingness to take necessary action, indicating a shift in U.S. policy towards Iran under his administration.
