Fortunately, the agents were unharmed due to their protective gear.
The suspect, identified as Cole Tomas Allen, 31, of Torrance, California, who was armed with a shotgun and handgun, faces charges including assaulting an officer with a dangerous weapon. Acting US attorney general Todd Blanche stated that further charges will be filed against the perpetrator.
