Donald Trump raised concerns about his health as he appeared to limp while descending the stairs of Air Force One. The 79-year-old President struggled as he exited the presidential plane in Miami, Florida, for UFC 327, his first public appearance after the Iran conflict. Instead of engaging in talks to resolve the conflict, which were handled by Vice President JD Vance, Trump was seen mingling with celebrities at the fight.

Observers noted the president’s ankles as he walked towards the event venue. Some witnesses commented on Trump’s swollen ankles, with journalist Aaron Rupar highlighting the issue. Another observer suggested that Trump’s swollen ankles indicated poor health. Meanwhile, Trump announced the deployment of ships to the Middle East to establish a blockade in the Strait of Hormuz.

Despite denying any health issues, the White House previously confirmed Trump’s diagnosis of chronic venous insufficiency, a condition affecting his veins. Trump’s doctor, Sean Barbarella, assured that the president is in good health despite the condition. Tests revealed no evidence of serious health concerns, and Trump’s doctor attributed his bruising to frequent handshaking and aspirin usage.

Chronic venous insufficiency is a common condition in individuals around 70 and can worsen if left untreated. Trump’s overall health was deemed excellent following a thorough medical examination. Dr. Barbarella emphasized that the president’s health remains stable and explained the cause of his bruising as minor soft tissue irritation from handshaking and aspirin use.
