A prominent Russian official and close associate of Vladimir Putin is calling for targeted strikes on the personal residences of key Western politicians in retaliation for their support of Ukraine.

Former deputy prime minister and head of the Russian space agency, Dmitry Rogozin, criticized the recent list of British targets and other European locations identified by Russia as insufficient. He suggested that the list should include the home and workplace addresses of all Western officials involved in decisions that have led to violence against Russians, branding them as military targets and war criminals deserving of elimination.

Rogozin, now a senator representing an occupied region in Ukraine and leading a drone unit aligned with the Kremlin, hinted at the need to follow Israel’s strategy of neutralizing enemy leadership. Although he did not specify names, he implied that Kyiv benefits from extensive technological and financial support from countries like Britain, the EU, and the US.

The outspoken former Russian envoy to NATO also criticized the Ministry of Defence’s published list of targets, claiming it merely scratches the surface of the comprehensive support provided to Russia’s adversaries.

Rogozin, who oversaw tests on Russia’s powerful nuclear missile Sarmat, is adamant about taking action against those he perceives as threats to Russia’s interests.
