The highly anticipated clash between Anthony Joshua and Tyson Fury is nearing reality as negotiations reach an advanced stage, revealed by promoter Eddie Hearn. Joshua is poised for a July comeback after a previous delay due to a car accident following his victory over Jake Paul. He has been training with Oleksandr Usyk and recently appeared in public, attending a fight alongside Deontay Wilder.

After Fury’s dominant win over Arslanbek Makhmudov, he called out Joshua for a fight, but Joshua hesitated. Hearn provided a positive update, hinting at Joshua’s return before facing Fury twice, with both bouts potentially airing on DAZN and Netflix. Hearn mentioned that the fight location will be determined by Turki Alalshikh’s preference.

The promoters aim to deliver a historic event for fans, potentially in the UK. While there are discussions about the fight promotion, no official agreement has been reached yet. The first fight is planned for DAZN, with the possibility of the second fight landing on Netflix, pending further discussions with Alalshikh.
