John McEnroe had a heated exchange with a persistent fan at Melbourne Airport, where he was caught on camera telling the fan to “go f*** yourself.” The 66-year-old former tennis player, known for his fiery temperament during his playing days, was at the airport after working as a commentator at the Australian Open.

In a video, McEnroe can be seen trying to navigate through the airport while being repeatedly approached by the fan for an autograph and a photo. Despite the fan’s persistent requests, McEnroe sternly declined and asked to be left alone.

The fan continued to follow McEnroe, asking for a photo, which irritated the tennis legend even more. Eventually, McEnroe lost his patience and bluntly told the fan to stop bothering him. Despite the fan’s attempts to take a selfie with an annoyed McEnroe in the background, the former player made it clear that he wanted to be left alone.

McEnroe, a seven-time Grand Slam champion, has a history of on-court outbursts and controversies. His confrontational style on the court, including incidents where he abused officials and smashed his racket, has been well-documented. Since retiring from professional tennis in 1994, McEnroe has transitioned into a successful career as a commentator and pundit, providing analysis for major events like Wimbledon.
