Despite numerous cycles of rehabilitation and relapse, he persevered in his journey to recovery. With the guidance of a therapist named Mohamad, Brandon received a pivotal piece of advice that altered his perspective – “The problem is you don’t respect yourself.”
After overcoming his drug and alcohol addiction, Brandon found himself battling a new addiction to food, consuming excessive amounts from various takeaway outlets simultaneously. Determined to change his lifestyle, he adopted a disciplined approach focused on lean proteins, grains, and vegetables, shedding five stone within eighteen months and maintaining his weight loss.
