Racing Bulls, a prominent Formula 1 team, has introduced a new brand identity coinciding with the launch of the World Cup. The Barcelona-Catalunya Grand Prix is abuzz with World Cup-themed activities, where Racing Bulls has morphed into VCARB FC for the weekend.

In a striking move, the team will be seen donning custom football jerseys featuring their regular sponsors and branding, along with a unique crest. The novelty extends to the car itself, adorned with a World Cup-inspired livery and football motifs on the wheel covers.

Drivers Liam Lawson and Arvid Lindblad have been captured in the new attire, which was crafted in collaboration with independent designers hired by Racing Bulls. Notable contributors include graphic designer Florence Burns, fashion designer Hattie Crowther, and photographer Ezra Alexander.

Team CEO Peter Bayer explained, “Formula 1 and football both boast passionate global communities, sharing a common identity, creativity, and culture. With VCARB FC, we celebrate this connection, merging the dynamism of both sports. We take pride in nurturing emerging talent to influence campaigns like this, offering fresh perspectives that push boundaries in the world of F1.”

Following a stellar performance at the Monaco Grand Prix, where Lawson and Lindblad clinched fifth and sixth positions, respectively, marking career-best finishes for both drivers, Racing Bulls aims to maintain their momentum in Barcelona. This success earned them 18 points, placing them close behind Alpine in the constructors’ standings.

The team anticipates carrying this energy into Barcelona, a track that rigorously tests all aspects of the car. The VCARB FC livery adds a special touch, bridging the shared passion and global support of Formula 1 and football.

Lindblad expressed, “Monaco presented challenges, but our team rallied from a disappointing qualifier to secure crucial points on Sunday. Now, our focus shifts to sustaining this momentum in Barcelona, a higher-speed track that offers a different challenge. Success here will boost our confidence in the car’s performance and development progress.”

Barcelona promises an exciting weekend for the team, marked by a unique look to kick off the World Cup festivities.
