This weekend in Liverpool, the boxing world is set for an exciting showdown as Ben Whittaker, a rising star in the sport, steps into the ring against Braian Suarez at the MandS Arena on Saturday, April 18. Whittaker, a 28-year-old light heavyweight with a record of 10-0-1 and 7 KOs, will be replacing the injured WBO champion Callum Smith for the event. Known for his impressive skills, Whittaker made a statement in his Matchroom debut last November by defeating Benjamin Gavazi in the first round.

With an aim to continue his undefeated streak, Whittaker will face off against Suarez, a tough opponent with a record of 21-4 and 20 KOs, who is coming off a second-round TKO victory over Sergio Santos Dantas in November. The undercard will also feature exciting matchups including Molly McCann vs Ashleigh Johnson (junior featherweight), Joe McGrail vs Aaron Hayden (junior featherweight), and Leo Atang vs Viktor Chvarkou (heavyweight). The event coverage starts at 7 pm, with Whittaker and Suarez expected to enter the ring around 9.20 pm.

Apart from this highly anticipated fight, fans can look forward to other upcoming high-profile matches including David Benavidez vs Zurdo Ramirez on May 2, Fabio Wardley vs Daniel Dubois on May 9, and Oleksandr Usyk vs Rico Verhoeven on May 23. DAZN offers an all-inclusive package that grants access to all these pay-per-view events with the DAZN Ultimate subscription, which includes over 185 fight nights per year featuring top matchups like Ben Whittaker vs Braian Suarez, Fabio Wardley vs Daniel Dubois, and Oleksandr Usyk vs Rico Verhoeven.

Subscribers to DAZN Ultimate will enjoy significant savings of over £300 per year compared to purchasing individual pay-per-view events. The subscription offers two payment options: £24.99 monthly for 12 months or a discounted annual fee of £249.99. In addition to boxing events, subscribers can also access boxing magazine programs, documentaries, behind-the-scenes content, press conferences, and football matches from Serie A, La Liga, Bundesliga, and the Saudi Pro League.

DAZN Ultimate subscribers can watch events in enhanced quality with HDR and Dolby 5.1 surround sound on selected occasions, but they are required to sign up for a 12-month contract. For those interested in watching the Whittaker vs Suarez fight only, a standard DAZN subscription is available starting from £15.99, while the Fabio Wardley vs Daniel Dubois and Oleksandr Usyk vs Rico pay-per-view events are priced at £24.99 each. These exclusive matches will stream solely on DAZN, not on platforms like Sky Sports or TNT Sports.
