Lewis Hamilton has reportedly ended his partnership with his long-time professional associate ahead of the 2026 Formula 1 season. The news follows sightings of the seven-time world champion with Kim Kardashian in both the Cotswolds and Paris recently.

Their joint outings have sparked rumors of a romantic involvement between the two, as Hamilton has been publicly single since his split from Nicole Scherzinger in 2015. Additionally, there has been a separation in his professional circle.

According to reports from the Mail, the 41-year-old racing driver has parted ways with Marc Hynes. Hynes, 47, has allegedly accepted a new position with F1’s newest team, Cadillac. Previously, Hynes served as the chief executive of Project 44, Hamilton’s management company, from 2015 to 2021, before rejoining to oversee Hamilton’s racing logistics at Ferrari last year.

The split between Hamilton and Hynes, who attended most of Hamilton’s races in 2025 alongside his trainer, Angela Cullen, is said to have been amicable. This change is part of a broader restructuring in Hamilton’s team ahead of the upcoming F1 season, with new personnel adjustments anticipated.

Despite a challenging first season with Ferrari, where Hamilton failed to secure a podium finish at any Grand Prix for the first time in his career, the British driver expressed optimism after testing the new SF-26 in Barcelona. The ongoing changes in F1 regulations for 2026 aim to level the competition field and enhance the driving experience, with Hamilton praising the new car’s performance dynamics.

Hamilton’s relationship with Kardashian has also garnered attention, with reports suggesting that they are spending considerable time together amidst their busy schedules. Sky has announced an upgrade to its Ultimate TV and Sky Sports bundle, now including additional streaming services and extensive coverage of Formula 1 and other sports events.
