In a jubilant display, a Hungarian politician showcased his dance moves on stage following the ousting of Viktor Orban from power. Zsolt Hegedüs energetically danced as the Tisza party, under the leadership of Peter Magyar, decisively defeated Orban’s Fidesz in a landslide victory. The celebratory atmosphere in Budapest was heightened as politicians rejoiced on stage.

Zsolt’s dance performance, reminiscent of club moves and even a nod to ACDC’s Angus Young, captured the attention of online viewers. Social media users quickly noted Zsolt’s candidacy for health minister, praising his fitness and dance skills for the role.

The festive mood in Budapest marked the end of Orban’s 16-year rule, described as an illiberal pro-Moscow era. The defeat reverberated globally, with both Moscow and Washington DC losing a key ally. Orban gracefully accepted the defeat, expressing dedication to serving Hungary from the opposition.

Magyar’s Tisza party secured a significant victory with 138 seats compared to Fidesz’s 55, granting Magyar a supermajority to potentially amend the country’s constitution. Following his win, Magyar emphasized the triumph of truth over lies and the Hungarian people’s commitment to their homeland.

Orban’s loss was a setback for US President JD Vance, who supported Orban during his visit to Hungary. With endorsements from figures like Donald Trump promising economic benefits, Orban’s defeat marked a shift in Hungarian politics.
